2. The contest is going to start on March 25, 12 noon (Philippine time) and ends on June 25, 2010 12 noon Philippine time.
3. The keyword for this SEO contest is "xxxxx". XXXXXis a xxxxxx laptops/computers online dealer in the UK. You can visit their site at http://www.xxxxx.xx.xx.
4. For your entries, you are allowed to use a domain, subdomain, a subdirectory or a page/post. You can also use free platforms such as blogger, wordpress, squidoo, hubpages and others. Entries should not be older than 03/25/10. You can use the keyword anywhere in your entry's URL.
Update (3/24/10): Social media accounts are not allowed in the contest.
5. Each participant can submit more than one entry to the contest provided that there will be only one entry per domain (except for the free platforms). Indented listings and unregistered sites do not count in the results.
6. All entries must contain a positive review for xxxxx. This will be one of the criteria for the entries to be approved. The content of the blogs (if entry is a blog) must all be related to xxxxx, it could be a positive review of their services, products, the company, etc. So participants should not be writing articles about SEO, politics, sports, etc. To reiterate: All articles must be related only to xxxxx' products, services, etc.
7. All entries should not contain information suggesting that it is intended for a SEO contest. The articles should look as unbiased, natural reviews. Articles should be written in English only.
8. Further, all entries must contain the following links and anchor texts:

These links can be contained anywhere in the blog provided it is clickable. All links must be DoFollow and they should not be removed within the duration and even after the contest (This can encourage the sponsors to stage more contests in our community in the future).
9. How to win in the contest:
An entry can win and receive prizes only if it can outrank the site (remove the *) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.html AND land in the first three pages of http://www.google.co.uk SERP. (Reminder: you should not mention that you are aiming to outrank this site, nor you should write the URL of that site in your entries and even in our xxxxxx Forum.)
10. The prizes for the contest are as follows:
Page 1 (rank 1-10) - $150.00 each
Page 2 (rank 11-20) - $75.00 each
Page 3 (rank 21-30) - $50.00 each
11. The result shall be pulled from http://www.google.co.uk and to resolve the variation of results from different geographical locations of the participants, we are going to use UK based proxy server http://www.daveproxy.co.uk and if it is not available in any reason, http://anonymouse.org shall be used.
12. The winners will receive their prizes via PayPal.
13. To register in the contest, you are going to send a PM to my account (@nixau) in xxxxx forum with the URL of your entry and your email address. Your entries will then be subjected for review if it meets the criteria set herewith before it will be approved.
